These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the SJÖ website and to purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

To place an order with SJÖ, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you place an order through our website, you are confirming your intention to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example due to an unexpected stock issue or an obvious error in product information or pricing, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reason to suspect fraud, misuse or other unauthorised activity.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in SEK and include applicable VAT.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payment, Klarna and other payment options provided on the website.
Payment is processed through our selected payment providers. If a payment cannot be completed, the order may not be processed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed, we will inform you before processing the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden and to selected countries within the EU.
Products that are in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability and the chosen delivery method.

6. Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Faulty Products
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the SJÖ website, including but not limited to text, photography, imagery, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is owned by SJÖ or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Website Information & Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information presented on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, minor errors, changes or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information relating to products, prices, availability and delivery times.
Product images are intended to represent our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions and the device or screen used to view the website.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical interruptions.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, disruptions affecting external service providers, transport delays or other events that we cannot reasonably prevent or control.

For purchases, the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time the order was placed will apply.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute arises, we will always seek to resolve the matter directly with you first.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before a competent court in Sweden.
As a consumer, you retain all rights granted to you under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
