Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what you can expect in terms of delivery times:

1. Products in stock

For products that are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days of your order being confirmed (except for custom jewellery).

2. Handmade Jewelry

All of our jewelry is handmade and unique. If the ordered product needs to be manufactured, the delivery time can be between 14 and 21 days, depending on whether material is available in stock. We will notify you of the expected delivery time when you place your order.

3. Freight costs

Shipping costs are calculated and indicated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected delivery option. Within Sweden, shipping is free.

4. Delivery information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
